Finally a product that over delivers on what it stated rather than underperforming. The build quality is excellent. The quick release for the plates is ingenious. When the light turns green you know it’s at the desired temperature. Make the grill marks on the finish product is literally a signature of perfection. You get the back yard look on the meat all year round, but without the unpredictable weather, breakfast is a breeze. No oil needed which is a healthy option. A great budget friendly panini press for our family of two. The only minor drawback is that the floating hinge for the top plate does not slide forward when making relatively thick sandwiches, resulting is a decreased cooking surface. To be fair, most panini presses on the market have this same problem.
