Very useful, economic cooking device. Have had 3 over time, all were used a lot. Only con is that liquid can seep into heating element compartment and stain. Quick to heat and use, with grills turned from smooth to ribbed easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our first in 2008. It didn’t quit, but the knobs finally came off in 2025. It was well used and we will be buying another! Used it for steaks, chicken, pork, pancakes, eggs, it’s just so dang handy!

I recently purchased the Griddler and am absolutely thrilled with the versatility and quality of the product. Our outdoor grill died and my husband yearned for the grill marks! I’ve made him a steak which he loved, I’ve made paninis with several different thicknesses of bread, and each was better than the last! I’ve used the open feature and made pancakes which were impossible with my available fry pans. I highly recommend this product!

I bought this to replace a different brand and so far have been impressed. It’s a good looking grill that goes well with my stainless steel appliances and my Dualit toaster, and I like that the plates are removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
