We learned from family members how well they like the Griddler. We bought one and find it amazing. We use it several times a week. It is supurb for Bacon and Sausage. We call it our "bacon maker."

I purchased this 3 months ago and cook on it weekly. The #1 thing I cook on this is bacon which identifies its major flaw. The plates aren’t tilted towards the drain which keeps food sitting in grease. I now prop the front two legs up on plastic lids to create the tilt needed to drain fat. But occasionally a mess is made on my counter which I didn’t have with my old foreman.
To make sandwiches you have to have a hearty bread or it smashes it, so that is another thing to keep in mind.
What I LOVE: frozen meatballs cook like a dream, laying flat and making grilled cheese is awesome, making an omelet is easy and fun! Over all, I love this little machine!
