I'd had my eye on this for years for making pancakes and finally pulled the trigger. I rarely use it for that purpose (it's small), but it's used constantly for grilled cheese, paninis, quesadillas, and even making bacon. With the optional waffle plates, it is used for that as well. Easy to clean, plates easy to change, and reasonable footprint.

We purchased the Griddler about three months ago. This product is easy to use and does a great job cooking our meals. We use it about every night and sometimes at breakfast. We especially like the ability of using the griddle or the grill-panini. The removable plates are non-stick and easy to clean. The optional pancake plates make it even more versatile. Controls are easy to use and temperature controlled. Needless to say it was money well spent.
