I bought this mainly because I wanted the grill feature, but having the option of having both a grill and a griddle in the same package was over the top. The drain system works perfectly with absolutely no spill over and the easily removable cooking surfaces make for a quick clean up. Outstanding kitchen appliance.

The Griddler is the perfect size to cook dinner for two, I have had it for a few months and use it several time a week to cook everything from pancakes to steak. I love the ability to cook a couple frozen chicken breasts without having to defrost first. The nonstick surface makes cleanup a breeze.

I use our griddler primarily for bacon because it drains the grease but mostly it cooks the bacon evenly and quickly. I save the grease for burger meat, for my smoker for smoking meat, etc. I also have the waffle plates that while they make smallish waffles but do an excellent job.
