Our Griddlers are in use all the time and so easy to clean. Yes, Griddlers is plural because I bought a second one for the cottage. No more pans to clean and it is energy efficient compared to an oven. A recipe called for grilled jalapeños and it was so easy to pop them in the Griddler. Fish perfectly cooked in 4 minutes. I bought my sister one for her birthday and she uses it in Florida, keeps the kitchen cooler. My daughter-in-law and I find it helps with dieting because it uses less oil. Get one, you will never regret it.

I had another appliance which was destroyed when my pipe froze last winter. So my insurance adjuster asked me to go buy another one. I have seen pictures of people using something like this cuisinart griddles and I told my Husband that this was our chance to try it out. I am surprised at how easy it is to use and also how easy it is to clean it. I just leave it out on my counter TOP because I use it everyday. It makes great sandwiches and now we can't live without it.
