After trying the waffle iron twice, I have given it up as a lost cause. The plates do not heat evenly resulting in crisp front portions and barely cooked back portions. The top plate heats evenly but not nearly hot enough. This very disappointing, especially since I have had such good luck with Cuisinart products in the past!

I bought the Griddler to use at Food Shows. I need a cooking element that will show Grill Marks on Meats we put out for display but the Griddler doesn’t give me a nice grills marks that I was hoping for

I had owned this for nearly 2 months and I absolutely LOVE it!! The only featute I have not used yet is SEAR.
My only slight gripe is (and it is probably user error)) Is that it is hard to put lay it down flat.

I bought this Griddler to replace my old Griddler. It works great. My only complaint is that the selector knobs have to much play in them. I'm leery that they might not last as long as my original Griddler. My old one had tight knobs.

I have had this grill for about one month now and have used it a lot. It is so easy to use. I love the fact that it's a griddle, grill, panini maker and waffle maker! It is so versatile!. To top it all off it's very easy to clean.

This griddler is one of my favorite products. I use it at least 2 to 3 times a week. It grills meat or use as panni and makes sandwiches so nicely.

Bought this to replace older model. This is so much easier to care for since plates are removable and can go into dishwasher. Orginial was not put into dishwasher because electrical wiring was attached to plates. Love this.
