Used this to make steaks, kabobs, shrimp and mussels. Nothing stuck. That being said, I wish it had a lock on the handle for easier carrying. Not enough counter top to keep it out all the time. I would also like to have a way for it to be locked open about 2 inches for reheating foods like pizza.

I’m content enough with it, but wish the top plates got as hot as the bottom. I experience uneven cooking. For example grilled cheese or waffles cooks more on the bottom plate than the top.
