Great grill. It is easy to clean with how the plates can pop off. It is light and easy to move around my kitchen and in to the cabinet. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is it doesn't like to sit flat when in the open position to use both plates as a griddle.

This has become the MOST useful appliance in our kitchen! I purchased the waffle plates
separately and LOVE them!
I normally grill outside in the Winter, even living in North Eastern Idaho, but have come to LOVE this indoor grill! The cleanup is better than I ever imagined it would be. Haven't even used anything, but the spray on our faucet! No brushes or???

I'm very happy with my first ever purchase of a grill. Food cooks fast and well. Easy to clean and use. The two things I would change or improve on are, the oil catch tray can't be removed very easily. Also the three control knobs feel flimsy, when you turn them, I hope they last the life of the grill
