The entire system is really good but I found uncomfortable that an expensive equipment like this one lack touch screen technology. Also set up support is poor, people at HP knew less than I do when ot comes to windows settings and options.

Works OK so far but 1 thing when it goes into screen saver it shuts off my app Lorex Cloud cams app. WHY, IT SHOULD NOT STOP AN APP. Make you restart an app is not right. Also, I don't see that much difference in the 4K and the 1080p disappointing for the money.

Picture is bright, clear and very large. Setup information was a little light, but its pretty straight forward. Highly recommend you buy the six month SmartFriend support package. Used it several times for minor software setup issues. System is fast and integrated with printer and network easily. Been using for several weeks now and no issues.

Although, I purchased enough memory my computer runs slow. Usually it takes more then 5 minutes for it to wake up and then i still find myself double clicking all over the screen just to start it. When I purchased my computer I found there were many drivers missing.i am still finding this computer running slow.

Outstanding Display, Easy Plug and Play Setup

I'm quite pleased with the purchase of this computer. I love the display, bright and crisp. The setup was unbelievable easy. The only thing I don't like is that when the computer has gone to sleep and you wiggle the mouse to wake it, it takes what seems to me like a long time to wake up. Then it takes it a while for it to find my Bluetooth keyboard ... the first letters I type in after it wakes up, I have to wait several seconds before the letters appear. But overall, I love the product and I will probably buy a second one for my office at work. That's the best testimony ... just bought one and will definitely buy another one.

The HP OmniStudio X is nice. The instructions and set-up is a guessing game. HP support is awful. I still don’t know how to register for a warranty. Software is intuitive but some settings were frustrating (one drive auto-populates the entire PC). No QR codes for guidance. Plan on a day to install and set-up. You’ll need a serial number to find an online manual.
