Overall, I'm quite happy with this laptop. The only negative I've observed is the scarcity of USB ports (2 USB-A and 1 USB-C). This is made worse by the type of power supply that uses the only USB-C port instead of one that uses the AC smart pin. This pretty much demands that you buy a USB splitter.

Great overall laptop, I use it for personal and for my business and it treats me just fine. The only thing I’m having a hard time with is the keyboard and number pad to the right is slightly smaller than my other one and it’s taking me a while to get used to it.

I purchased as a work laptop. It was so easy to start up, all documents and programs transferred seamlessly. It's fast and a perfect size. Downsized from the 17 inch which was just to bulky for transporting to training classes. Long battery life which is also great when working remotely. The speed allows games to play smoothly as well. I highly recommend this device.
