This is one of the most durable cheese slicers out there. It is great for slicing cheese and is easy to clean without worrying about the stainless steel rusting or tarnishing.

Nice cheese slicer. The serrated blade is great for harder cheeses. The stainless steel is durable. The rounded handle is comfortable and easy to grasp.

Easy to use and great looking cheese slicer. This kind of slicer easily attacks those large blocks of cheese and gives you smooth thin slices. Can also be used on smaller blocks for nice even slices with little effort.

Cheese plane for variety of cheeses

This cheese plane is great for everything from semi-hard to hard cheese. The serrated edge cuts through aged Parmesan to deliver a nice shards for garnishing a salad, or through a cold Jarlsberg for thin flavorful slices. Attractive all stainless construction makes for easy maintenance. Right size for a a cheese board.

Not just for cheese boards

The best way to have cheese is to slice or shred it yourself because in the factory they dust it with cellulose to keep it from sticking together. With a cheese knife you need to focus on thickness and consistency of each piece and their are risks of cutting yourself and portions might not be the same for all the slices. A cheese slicer will easily cut any sizes of cheese. You are able to make the desired slice of your block for your burger, pasta or sandwich. The serrated edge helps to get through even harder cheeses and never needs to be sharpened.
