I LOVE my new range hood!

My new UC-PS38 was installed a few days ago. It's made cooking an awesome experience again! No more smoke or grease floating in my kitchen, just amazing dishes being made! Thank you Hauslane! Your customer service agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable & friendly! I LVE my new range hood!

Huge improvement over microwave hood

This is a huge improvement over the microwave hood. Now I can cook hamburgers and steaks wothout setting off the smoke detectors.

I haven't had to use more than the 2 lowest fan settings. This thing kicks butt. The installer was impressed. He had to have help installing it due to the weight.

We did a lot of research and chose the PS38. We've only had it installed for a few days but we are so happy with it so far. It was straight forward to install and has been so much more effective than the under cabinet microwave vent fan we replaced.

Unit is very well made, materials are of a high quality. Although the weight of the unit made fitting a 3 person job (without the use of jacks), it was easily acheived. In operarion the unit is much quieter than our old one and removes far more cooking odours. We are extremely pleases with the purchase of the PS38 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high performance range hood.

Decent product, part failures but good support

Product bought end of 2018. Good quality, decent sound. Takes a bit to clan but self-cleaning feature helps. Unfortunately, the self-cleaning pump failed but Hauslane was able to provide a replacement after writing this review. The assistance is appreciated.
