Terrible Quality and no Warranty

I bought this knifes and after 3 months of regular use in a home kitchen the cables are faded, and the blading are rusting. I asked for replacement, but it was denied saying the detergent I am using is not adequate. I have several knives set, most of them chipper than this one, never have faced issues like this. The quality is bad, and the company does not cover the warranty, be advised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At Zwilling our Knives are crafted with high quality materials, and proper care is essential to maintain their longevity. Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing processes and materials; however, it does not extend to damage resulting from regular use, misuse, or care practices that are not aligned with our guidelines. We recommend following the Use & Care guidelines provided with your set to prevent rusting and fading. This includes ensuring the knives are thoroughly dried after washing and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture. Regarding the handles fading, regular dish soap should not cause issues. However, some detergents contain harsh chemicals that may impact the finish. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

would have given a 5 but pairing knife did not fit well in slot, seemed loose. This was a gift. The knives feel good in the hand. Very good quality.
