I came from an IPhone mini and as we all know Apple has unfortunately stopped making small phones. Obviously larger the air still surprisingly weights less and feels just as effortless to hold as my old phone!

So when this was released I looked at what people were saying then looked how I used my 14pro. My battery was lasting only a few hours my pockets seemed heavy with it. So when I looked at specs the air was a similar weight and had longer battery than 14 pro when I purchased it. I also looked at my camera usage and most was with the std lens not the wide or telephoto so the air seemed like a win win win. I love the color blue so that was also a win. So not had a problem with the battery life of the air or picture quality. I find it the perfect mix of fit form and function. Very fast. My only two gripes if you can call them gripes would be I wish the blue tint was more blue and the camera bump was flush with the camera so the phone would sit flat without a case as the phone feels wonderful without a case. Note to Apple the polished sides look great in pictures but in real use only collect finger prints to a smooth mat anti finger print would be perfect and keep the aesthetic of the phone. New modem is great. To be honest ai features are not a plus, would prefer to be less big brother and just focus on tools that save time.

I loved the ease of transferring information. The learning curve was nonexistent. I’m not thrilled with the battery life. The calendar search function needed troubleshooting and fixing. But it’s now fixed.

Pleasantly surprised with this phone. After carrying a pro max around for years, this phone is lighter and thinner despite being nearly the same size as the pro max. I don’t need a fancy camera setup or elaborate sound. This phone is perfect for me. Only complaint is battery life. It’s not nearly as good as the pro max or any other iPhone I’ve used.
