Amazing! Perfect fit in a corner. Small enough to fit in a bedroom with a bed. Nice shelving for books or any decor. Desk just as shown in pics.

This unit is very sturdy and attractive. It went together well with one person, taking less than 2 hrs. Packaging was great and efficient with very little waste. Assembly parts were well marked

Excellent for work and crafts!

I use this as both a desk and my craft area. It was extremely heavy and I was worried about assembly, but it was great. It took me about 45-60 minutes but I did it alone with no issues. Everything was marked really well and clear, it was one of the best experiences I have had assembling furniture (which is usually a nightmare.)I LOVE that the side swings out. It moves so easily and allows me a place to sit if I need to work, or I can close it for a tighter look and a crafting area. I am extremely satisfied so far with this. It's been one day so I can't comment too much on the quality yet, however, it's thick and heavy and seems very sturdy!

HINT: Pieces on directions are not to scale.

Outside packaging arrived damaged but it was well packaged on the inside. It took less than hour with 2 people. We figured out the drawings are not to scale. For example, some pieces in the directions were squares but in fact thin rectangles. Also directions are very compressed and small to read. Just follow the numbers and ignore the shape in the drawings. It's tough for visual people. However, those were minor hurdles for us. The pieces are heavy compressed wood. Very sturdy.

Ordered the desk a few days ago and it arrived a week ahead of its estimate- nice surprise. The assembly booklet does not contain written instructions, only pictures. However, the design of the desk is straightforward and all of the hardware was packaged and labeled neatly. I assembled it alone in about an hour. It had a factory smell upon opening but that dissipated in a few hours. It arrived in fair condition with only two small cosmetic spots I've noticed, but for my needs that won't matter. The maple color is pleasant and the surfaces easily wiped clean. It is a cheap pressed particle board but sturdy for its needs. It's a good purchase for kids, students, people who don't need a heavy duty work surface, and those like me who need to save space.The rotating arm does not have a built-in locking mechanism so the desktop can still move somewhat after construction if pushed, but it hasn't been an issue so far and makes the desk easy to swing into a compact shape.Overall it's a cute, practical purchase for the money. Very happy with it.

Love this desk! It's fantastic. So sleek, doesn't take up a lot of room but holds a ton. As far as quality goes it's fine, no different than an ikea product. A little un-sturdy but looks good.
