The speed champions theme has been very good to me all these years, and this set in particular did not disappoint. As always the build was super unique using pieces in very unique ways, particularly the front hood and rear spoiler and exhaust areas. The color choice was a bit strange to me at first but I’m really warming up to it, and it stands out well on my display shelf despite being a boxy nascar. That said I do think that a new windshield piece mold could be beneficial for some sets. The stickers work well with the color gradient, and are surprisingly not overwhelming. I still wish they had some smaller pieces were printed, and the larger pieces on the sides had stickers that stretched top to bottom more to align with both the black on the bottom and spotted pattern on the top. Overall another banger from the most creative team at LEGO. Thanks for the care put into this line.

Fantastic Build

I've built about a dozen Speed Champions this year, after being introduced to them by my grade schooler. Some are fun, some are too repetitive, and some are downright fragile (like the new G Wagon). Not only is this car super colorful, it's really sturdy! First time I haven't had to rebuild most of a Speed Champion after my child plays with it. Lego, please continue with the sturdy builds.

Super fun and detailed build from beginning to end. Stickers actually work really well because its a Nascar. Pictures/renders DO NOT DO THIS SET JUSTICE! It looks amazing in person!
Don't miss out on this great set because of people complaining on the internet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so lucky to receive the Lego Speed Champions NASCAR Next Gen Chevrolet Camero! Everything arrived perfectly packaged in individual bags within the box, to make building/assembly of this 328 piece creation much easier and organized! My 11 year old and 8 year old built this together, and they had such a blast! They love legos and this was an awesome item for them! As per Lego fashion, instructions and photos were clear and easy to follow, everything was labeled as well allowing my boys to work together. This product has such amazing detail and authenticity, from the interior details such as a roll cage all the way to the exterior such as the headlights and rear spoiler! A Lego figurine is also included and he comes ready with a helmet (or hair!) and a wrench to work on his race car! Fire extinguisher included as well! This is a very high quality replica and my boys have it displayed proudly in their room! The colors are also incredible! This was a very well through out product! Thank you Influenster and Legos!

Cool Project!

Unique Parts Usage But Some Concerns

Overall this is a nice Speed Champions set, but it isn't as strong of an entry as some. I definitely appreciated the change of pace to have a stock car instead of high performance sports cars. What really shines is the unique parts usage, specifically the mud guard on the hood. There are also some rare (at least to me) pieces, most notable the clear spoiler and the yellow hood pieces. Some concerns with this set include the front of the car is not as stable as other sets, and because the connection pieces are weaker during the build process it makes it difficult. At the end the front is relatively secure, but you have to be careful with placing pressure on the bottom. The quarter circle piece on the bottom is only connected by one stud. There are a ton of stickers, which really doesn't bother me, but know others care. For a NASCAR car, I find it actually quite appropriate. Sadly, I put one of the stickers on upside down, but that is a me problem. I also really dislike the shape of the sticker on the front window. I find those incredibly hard to get on correctly. The inside of the car is a bit of a miss also with the braces. I found the ones in Dom's Dodge Charger (76912) to be more intentional, where this set looks a bit sloppy in giving the desired impression. The tires are outstanding. It's a decent set overall with a few issues.
