While I love the actual product and truly enjoy the innovation Lego puts forth, the cost of items has gotten out of control. Especially with any of the collector series, such as Star Wars which I primarily build. I get licensing but I’ve gotten to the point where I really don’t want to spend the money on these products anymore.

Purchased this set and couldn’t be more disappointed with the value provided. While the redesign is a good change, you simply can’t justify a 50% prince increase from the last similar model released just a couple years ago. Gross example of greed.

Price is a BIG Problem

I was excited to get this set, but it turned out to be a big letdown, especially for the price. The piece count is too low for what it costs, and there are much better Star Wars sets with more value and detail.
Overall, this set feels overpriced for what you get. It seems like you're paying more for the Star Wars name than for the quality of the build. I wouldn’t recommend it
