These shears are the sharpest tool in my kitchen and I have some really sharp Japanese knives. When opening bags or boxes, I begin a cut with the shears and just push them along to complete the job. Be careful cleaning them, more careful than I was the first time! Ouch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very nice upgrade to our previous kitchen shears. Very sharp. Nice handles. The handles are larger and feel better in my hand.
The shears is not meet my expectation. I have Wzilling's knife series. I think their knife is sharp as their Pro's knife, but it is not. It is still a nice shears. I feel happy to have it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent kitchen shears that include the Miyabi quality you’d expect. The shears are heavy, which is a good thing. Many kitchen shears are too light or not comfortable to handle. The Miyabi shears feel excellent and have enough weight to perform every cut you need.
The bone breaker is a nice addition and the shears are extremely sharp. It cut right through paper in my first test. Great addition to my collection and works well with my other Miyabi products.
These kitchen shears are made in Japan and have micro serrations on the blade. Very versatile. Use to cut through poultry, mince herbs, as well as cutting through all those hard plastics items are packaged in. Extremely comfortable grip, and can be used to open jars and bottle tops. Have to keep my eye on these shears, too many family members agree with my review!
