Lasted exactly ten years from manufacturing date

I purchased this type of strip although the model # is F5C050 and not this model number featured, about ten tears ago. It has been through brown outs and power outages and still kept performing. As of 7:20PM on August 7th, 2016, it protected my equipment for the last time when a huge power surge fried the strip. The original manufacturing date on the F5C050 surge protector was 07-2001. I definitely would recommend this product for those who are just looking for a surge protection for their electronics.
