Love the Belt, But I prefer the previous version

I love this belt, but I preferred the previous version. It came with the portable battery included, and after I gave mine to a friend who had a back injury, I bought the new version and noticed the battery is no longer included, you have to purchase it separately. I don’t think that’s very fair.Another thing I don’t like is the connection for the charging cable. The plug on the belt has tiny alignment dots that make it difficult to connect properly. I almost always have to turn on my phone’s flashlight just to line it up correctly. I really wish they had kept the original design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Ultralux wrap recently quit after 4 years of successfully releasing me from arthritic knee pain. When I went to order a new one, they were out of stock and not to be in stock again for several months. I have a MITO small panel which I use for my face and really like, so I turned to you. Unsure about how I could manage the large size of your wrap, I went ahead and ordered it. I struggle to get the whole thing wrapped around my knee due to its large width and length. It is fine if you want to wrap it around your whole body but is very awkward and unwieldly for anything smaller/thinner. I do trust your brand and hope that possibly you might make something smaller in the future. Thanks for giving me the opportunity for feedback.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very well made product. It operates perfectly and is easy to wrap around any body part you need. I've had other red lights, but this one is definitely the best. Highly recommended!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the MitoQuad Belt. Its convenient, easy to use and works great. My only complaint is that the rechargeable battery is out of stock and no one knows when it will be available
Love the battery...if it ever becomes available again

I really like the belt but, they have been out of the battery option for over a year. You would think with today’s technology they would be able to figure out how to make a battery. The engineering is not that difficult. If the DC version ever comes back in stock, I’ll get one. I don’t want to be tied by an AC cord.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got one of these recently. It is so versatile. My wife has used it for her knee. I have used it for several things and it’s worth it.
