Seems promising so far

I bought this because I have been struggling with depression during this long gray winter and have been reading about the role that mitochondrial functioning plays in mental illness. I bought the belt because I also regularly have neck and muscle pain from working out and wanted the flexibility to wrap it wherever. I wrap it around my head for the depression because the scientific papers I found on red light all talked about patients using red light on their foreheads. The first morning after I I’d worn the belt around my head the evening before, I woke up able to think, which I hadn’t been able to do for weeks. I’ve been doing better overall in the couple of weeks I’ve been using it. And last night I tried it for neck pain, which it also seems to have helped. Cautiously optimistic not least because the science is behind it.

I love my to red light and I’ve from them for a few years now and this latest belt does not disappoint. It does what it says it will do relieves back pain I would highly recommend it.

Good results, but annoying cord situation

I struggle with occasional pressure sores due to being in a wheelchair. I have been using this belt to treat them, and my skin looks improved after a treatment session or two over a couple of days. More improved than it usually would when given the same amount of time without this device.I've also been laying it over my dog's knee to see if it would help him heal from a torn CCL (which the vet says is a long process). I'm not sure yet if it's the infrared light itself or the heat that infrared generates, but he walks a little easier when I use it consistently.My only complaint is the design of the power cords and battery. There are several different cords to mix and match for using the battery, charging the battery, or using a wall output, and they have loose fits so they disconnect all. The. Time. The battery also won't stay in the battery pocket.

back pain no more

Bought the Mito Red Light Advanced Red Light Belt after my husband injured his back. In the past it's taken months before he starts to feel better, with the Mito Red Light Advanced Red Light Belt, he was up and around the next day and feeling much better within a week. And this time no muscle spasms.

Quad Belt

After purchasing the MitoPro 750 panel I didn't want to be without my red light while I was on vacation. Decided to buy the belt to have something that was easier to travel with. Turns out my husband who wasn't interested in red light therapy and had no patience for sitting in front of a panel for 10-20 minutes at a time was ok trying the belt after noticing how much the panel had helped me. Now he uses the belt regularly and has noticed a decrease in his aches and pains. He now wants a full panel to lay underneath. Yay Mito!!!!

Great for on the go

I am using red light to help my Microbiome. I found it quite cumbersome to set the stand up light in my lap. I invested in the belt light and am glad I did. I start my morning by putting it on and by the time I have let the dog out, made coffee etc, I’m done for the day without ever having to slow down !Two minor things to note:You must unplug from the power bank after use or it depletes even with the light off The connection from power bank to the belt itself comes loose easily so I have to check it often to make sure the light is still on.

I’m very happy with the unit, I use it daily. I use it to treat my hands and my feet as well as any other part of my body that I want to concentrate red light therapy on. Very happy with my purchase.
