Battery problems

I love my belt but the charging connection on the battery is at least for me super fragil. I have one battery that won’t even charge and the other has been trying to charge for a week and it seems to be just about charged...is anyone else having these problems???

Mito Redlight belt is extremely effective for pain!

The advanced redlight belt has helped so much with pain that I've had in my right hand from an injury several years ago. I tried healing light wands in the past that were costly but with no relief. So grateful to have this belt that I can wrap comfortably on my hand (or anywhere for that matter) and with 2 settings especially the deep infrared is providing me with so much relief! Thank you Mito Red Light for making a product that really works!

red light is good, not good the power supply keeps falling out on the floor when I take the belt off. Should have a velcro strap to hold it in place.

This company is top-notch! My Mito Red Light Belt started to short out, and the company sent me a brand new belt at no charge even though the warranty was off. Now, how many companies would do that! I love this belt. Both my husband and I use it all the time for pain management.

The belts seems well made and durable. My only complaint is that I called and emailed a question and never got a response, even though a phone contact at Mitored said somebody would get back to me.

Used this twice per day for a ruptured disk. Fit perfectly in my suitcase and was a lifesaver. Pain went away after every use.
