Strategic game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the opportunity to play the Hasbro game, Life in Reterra bundled with the Life in Reterra Moonrise expansion. It is a strategy game based on rebuilding a futuristic community that has been reclaimed by nature. The game is designed for 2 to 4 players and recommended for ages 10+. The gameboard, tiles, wooden tokens, and cards are well constructed. The expansion set gives the game higher replay ability adding new elements and challenges, including a lunar theme. Unfortunately, my 14-year-old daughter was not interested in playing this game. It did not attract her interest at all. The game is well thought out and the instructions are easy to understand. However, this game might be too strategic if you are just looking for an easy and fun game night. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys strategic gameplay, including experienced gamers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this game out with my kids. They liked it. It was a nice board game to add to our collection for family game night. It did take a little while for us to figure it out but we did have fun with it. It helped adding the extra addition we got with it as well.

Good game but kind of confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will need to play this a few times to grasp the whole concept of this game. The graphics are good! I get confused when trying to figure out how to add junk tiles to the neighborhood and with the scoring. I don’t know that my kids would be able to figure this out on their own. I think the age range needs to be a little older
