I purchased this. One month after the purchase, the screen froze to black. I unplugged the laptop, and drained the battery. It is working now. I've had this problem with other Chromebooks also. It would be nice to fix this problem. Sorry for the blunt honesty.

I registered my Chromebook then opened a chat window. The tech had me try a few things and opened a ticket. I was able to print a prepaid shipping label and ASUS repaired at no cost to me. Good as new. Thank you

An Unexpected but Happy Surprise!

I will start by saying that I love this Chromebook. It is my first and has influenced me such that it will not be my last. It has met all of my needs as a personal user. The notebook is durable and lightweight with a strong, long lasting battery for long sessions. I have recently began taking courses for an IT Support Professional Certificate and has not missed a beat with connections to lectures, labs on virtual machines and simple reliability. Did I mention the slim bezel and 15.6" display?
