Purchase Nov 29/21 but not used until Dec. 25/21 Christmas gift, no working in Mar/22 but over the 90 days to get replaces. Now dealing with trying to get it fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ASUS Chomebook C523NA

Purchased this Chromebook Laptop 3 weeks ago. Have used daily and have had no problems. I have used Windows and Apple Macintosh computers for years and find this laptop compatible. Easy to use and it updates the Crome OS automatically. The Google App Store as a app for almost anything you need. I highly recommend this laptop that was awarded PC Magazines Editor Choice.

Slow & the glass screen is cracked

My kid complaints the chromebook is slow. The glass screen was cracked after she returned home from school. I found the glass of this touchscreen chromebook is easy to be cracked.
