Doesn't connect to Wi-Fi

Avoid: doesn't connect to the Wi-Fi (after it worked a month). Error code (202620) isn't anywhere on the website. Fortunately, the wire works...so far. Yes, it's sitting next to the router, which I even restarted.

Worst product for the money

Very bad. I keep having issues with this printer. First is connection issues. Because not wanting to mess anything up when it finally prints, I am afraid to turn it off and leave it on all the time. And just when I thought the connection issue has stabilized, the paper started jamming. It gets so bad I am getting more than 10 jamming before 1 page can be printed. No matter how I placed the papers, cleaned the feeder roll as instructed, or tried feeding it one paper at a time. Nothing worked. I can never pile on documents in the printer queue because I don't know when the printer will stop printing because of some issue. Such headaches.
Is it so hard to have a printer that prints without adding headaches?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tried to save money and that was a mistake.
set the printer up, filled the ink tanks, and one tank drained immediately.
Left the machine alone while software was downloading and came back to a desk full of ink.

It’s the worst printer brand I ever had . Don’t matter if you go economy or high end as longer it’s this brand it just can’t do a simple job . PRINT A PIECE OF PAPER
