[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first laptop I received had no speakers. I'm not sure how that even left the factory that way, but it did. And it was an inconvenience after having spent over an hour to set it up, another hour to troubleshoot with Lenovo, and then find out it has to be sent back. An exchange was made over the phone, which went smoothly. The new laptop arrived quickly, and it works great - with sound! Overall, the laptop runs well, is very responsive, and so far, no issues. My past experience with Lenovo has always been exceptional. I expect this to be no different.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything with a laptop is good except I've had several instances where all of a sudden. I have no sound and it says there's no sound card and then something will pop-up and say that I should update something I'm a DJ. And I cannot be updating in the middle of my show. So this has happened to me twice. Right in the middle of my show, no sound. I don't know if this is just an isolated incident with my laptop, or if there's a bug that needs to be fixed.
I use a Lenovo ThinkPad at work which is why I choose this one for my personal computer. I just really like everything about, especially the touch screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 offers solid performance and build quality. The keyboard is excellent—comfortable and responsive, great for long typing sessions. My only real complaint is the battery life, which lasts about 4 to 5 hours under regular use. Overall, a dependable machine for work or study at a reasonable price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad E16 with the AMD Ryzen 5 7535U processor, 16GB of RAM, and 475GB of SSD storage and i couldn't be happier with it.
Right out of the box, the build quality felt solid. The E16 is a great balance between performance and portability. The Ryzen 5 7535U, paired with Radeon Graphics, handles multitasking effortlessly. Whether I'm working with documents, running multiple browser tabs, or using light creative software, everything runs smoothly with no noticeable lag.
The 16GB of RAM gives the system plenty of breathing room for productivity tasks, and the 475GB SSD offers fast load times and enough space for my files and software. Battery life is solid, and the fan noise is minimal even when I’m working harder on it.
That said, there are a couple of minor drawbacks. The matte finish on the lid and palm rest looks sleek, but it does tend to pick up fingerprints more easily than I’d like. Also, while the keyboard is extremely comfortable for long typing sessions. I found the backlighting a bit dimmer than expected, especially in low-light environments.
Still, these are small issues compared to everything this laptop gets right. The performance, build quality, and reliability more than make up for them. The ThinkPad E16 is a fantastic option for students, remote workers, or anyone looking for a professional high grade laptop at a reasonable price.
