Upon receiving this desktop it has been plagued with problems. After spending hours with various techs on the phone was told this brand new, out of the box, pc should be replaced. The next call to customer care informed me that this model was no longer available and a refund was offered."I don't want a refund" so a new startup usb drive was sent to me, after installing the fresh win11 everything worked until now getting a chipset error message.
I've had a Lenovo pc for many years, and this new "upgrade" is disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new computer works fast and is very quiet. A fan comes on infrequently and is quiet. Two things I didn't like involved installed software and notifications. I uninstalled McAfee and removed Lenovo Vantage from start-up and turned off promo/marketing notifications which were very annoying.

Windows 11 has not been a problem - people had me scared off getting this, but it's really the easiest I've dealt with going back to 1992. I love the computer. It's stable. It has a ton of ports. It does whatever I want. Can't ask for anything else, and I love it being an AMD. I am not an Intel fan. I hope Lenovo, which this is now my third Lenovo product, keeps making these AMD systems. Not much to choose from, but I was not up for building my own after 10 years and I'm sure they tested the systems long and hard before releasing them. Confidence in the manufacturer is high. Windows 11... just read everything, but it's really easy. Super fast shipping as well!
