Bad product

I recently received 6 wire file organizers with seven slots. stock # FEL 68112. These proved to be impossible to assemble without using pliers, a hammer and enough physical force to cause my hands to become extremley sore and swollen, and damage the product. The problem is the four plastic parts which need to be attached to the bottom corners of the rack are too large and inflexable to fit on the rack without bending them several times in order to make them more plyable, stretching them into place on the rack with pliers (scratching, bending and damaging the rack) and then having to HAMMER them into place (also damaging the racks.) The plastic molded parts are so comparatively large I had to squeeze the width of them with the pliers just to make them narrow enough to fit within the dividers on the rack just to start assembly. This product is unusable.
Pros: price, simplistic design
Cons: Functionality, Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with the assembly of our wire file organizer. When installing the four rubber feet, be sure to use the larger of the two channels that are cut into each foot. The larger channel should slip easily over the end/bottom rod of the organizer. Once this is secure you should be able to rotate the foot up and around so that the textured side of the foot is on the outside and the curve of the foot fits the curve of the bottom corner of the rack. The smaller channel on each foot will not be used. Hopefully this information will make the assembly of your organizers easier! Changes are necessary

I just received my wire organizer and was disappointed to find the feet were not attached. They were in a bag stapled to the organizer. The feet are made of a hard non-flexible plastic and it is impossible to get them to fit. Other than the fact the feet are not soft rubber, the item would be great.
Pros: Functionality
Cons: Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

CRC 68112 - Great Organizer

This is my 2nd one, replacing a bulkier organizer. I prefer this style because it is smaller, lighter weight, and narrower slots. Others have wider slots and folders with few papers slide down and are difficult to see and retrieve. I do have one complaint when purchasing one that does not have the feet/pads already attached. You have to know the "trick" - see the review of July 2014. The response from Fellowes support gives you most of the needed information. Suggestion - include instructions.
Pros: Functionality, Quality Construction, design
Cons: need instructions when feet/pads not attached.
