This phone is much more reliable than my last one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had any issues missing calls or texts with this phone. My last one would give me missed call/voicemail notifications when it was sitting right next to me without ever ringing. Sometimes the notification would come through a half day later. Only once so far with this phone have I had a problem receiving text messages (phone calls have been solid as far as I know) and it was in a group text with three of us. I tried restarting and that didn't work, so I powered off, waited a few minutes, and turned it back on. It still took a few minutes after that, but they eventually all came through.
The other thing i like is it's reliability across apps. I track my business records using one drive and it works seamlessly with my laptop.
All in all, it has been extremely reliable and does everything I need!
