[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many enthusiasts are criticizing Samsung's S25 line due to lack of innovation. As an engineer and coming from the S21 Ultra, I dont agree with this sentiment. The S25 Ultra appears to be a rock solid update with an incredibly refined user experience. I've owned the phone now for two weeks and have come to greatly appreciate all the design from hardware to software, including UI 7 with its seamless actions across apps. The S25 Ultra was presented to us without any innovative flair but thats worthy of negative press when the device excels in all other areas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an EMT, I rely on my Galaxy S25 Ultra for navigation, communication, and documentation during long shifts. The seamless actions across apps make multitasking smooth, and the Now Brief feature keeps me updated without distractions. The call recording feature is a great tool for work and personal reference, but I dislike that the caller is notified—this can make people feel uncomfortable or even threatened. I wish there were an option to disable the notification, especially in states like New Jersey, where one-party recording is legal.
On the downside, battery life drains quickly, which is frustrating on long shifts. Overheating is another issue, especially when using GPS or multiple apps for extended periods. I’ve also noticed occasional freezing, which slows things down when I need quick access to information.
Overall, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is a powerful and feature-packed device, but battery life, overheating, and call recording controls need improvement to better serve professionals who depend on it daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the S23 to the S25. Phone is faster and very snappy. Battery life is somewhat better, even with battery protection turned on and only charging up to 80%.
I bought the 1tb model about 2 weeks ago and comparing it side-by-side to my S24 Ultra. As always, great form factor for Samsung. The first thing I noticed was the crisp display and ultra quick performance, (ha ha, forgive the pun). With that being said, compared to my S24 Ultra, I really isn't anything new. I salivated for a month waiting for this phone to become available and frankly, it is a let-down. It fees more rigid and is not as comfortable in my hand and even hurts to hold it. And since the S24 Ultra is going to get the One UI 7 update, it too will have AI soon. Part of my let-down is really focused on the fact that I hate AI, so I understand I might be biased. The new flat sides in my opinion fall short of those that are already included with another major competitor. Perhaps if Samsung had made them polished silver like that competitor, I might like it better. Simply put, if you never owned a Galaxy series ultra before then by all means make the jump. If you already own an S24 Ultra, don't waste your money! I actually like my S24 Ultra better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s25 ultra is the fastest android phone i have ever used, i guess this could be because of snapdragon 8 elite processor.
I addition to the processor, the AI features make this phone smartest phone ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new phone. It's very fast, has good resolution and the battery charge lasts a long time. The only thing is that the pencil looks very simple and you can't take photos with it like in previous models. Apart from that, I love my new mobile phone.
