[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use S25 ultra as my primary device. It has been really useful and seamless interms of performance. Galaxy AI has been really useful in media editting. I use this a lot for my media related tasks. Moreover, I tend to use multi window more often without any performace issues. Batrery life is really good and just right. Mine lasts for whole day with 30% left most of the time. This also includes gaming. The screen is not reflective that enhances the experience. The best part is you can customize the appeariance and feel by changing themes with Good Lock app.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Samsung phones as long as I've had phones, and i prefer the ultra just because of the pen. The Galaxy AI is neat in that I get to see items that I wouldn't look up normally but that's about all I really use it for, I prefer doing everything on my own. Anyways, back to the interesting part. I'm not a fan of them removing Bluetooth capabilities for the pen since I did actually use that for pictures, but I didn't use it enough to be a deal breaker for me. In conclusion, love the pen, peeved about the removal of Bluetooth, galaxy AI is just kinda there.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I have been using samsung phones for ages and loving it. The introduction of the galaxy s25 ultra was no exception. The new AI features are exceptionally executed into my daily usage of the phone. Although it took getting used to, but it proved to be relevant. The camera is great on this phone too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from Samsung Note8 to Samsung S25 Ultra. Ordered the new phone from the web site. After several hours of attempting to switch from old phone to new phone, I drove to a nearby retailer store for help. Had to go back the next day as well. And I had to delete apps and photos off the old phone just to use the Samsung Switch program!
Upgrading phones is difficult, laborious, and I always lose something. This time, none of my voice mails carried over, and game settings for a game I played for 7+ years reset to Level 1. Game company says "Oh well - that happens." Also, none of my email settings transferred, so I had to recreate new, including new passwords. Sounds and notifications are all reset, and of course the notifications I used previously are no longer available.
New phone is nice and fast, and I use the Galaxy AI feature in my text messages. I hope this phone lasts a very long time - or that upgrading becomes seamless in the future. I enjoy my new phone - but hate the upgrade process.
