Good phone, weird software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25 Ultra itself is really well made and screams quality. That is, until you use the software. I understand that Galaxy AI is the whole shtick of modern Samsung and is appealing to a certain demographic. However, that demographic is mostly shareholders, executives, and tech enthusiasts, NOT customers. Most people only want a phone, not a specialized piece of technology chalk full of AI. To me, the constant AI being shoved in my face, i.e. gemeni when holding the power button, the side bar by the volume buttons, multiple AI companions pre-installed, and integration at every point, feels like the usability of the phone was second to adding a new technology. In my opinion, it's unpolished, bloated, and a big turnoff for customers. If Samsung continues to put AI before the customer, this will be my last Samsung phone. Also, you should be able to uninstall certain system apps that you don't use, like internet or wallet

Amazing phone with powerful Galaxy AI

This phone is so dope.

The AI features, like remixing pictures and spelling and grammar help, give it the edge in conversation with the homies. The net-net of it is, I love this phone and can't complain.

Amazing phone with great cameras

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really great with the cameras cuz I do take a lot of photos at night and I do have really wonderful camera quality and also display quality thanks to the 4K display OLED which is really cool and the whole processor is very fast which allows me to play a lot of cool high games out wouldn't run on my older phone

Long-Term Review: S25 Ultra Performance vs. AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my S25 Ultra for about 9 months now, and while I’m overall pleased with the gorgeous display and the premium titanium build, the software experience still needs significant work. Despite having all the latest updates installed, the AI features remain incredibly unrefined.
Specifically, the voice interaction is very glitchy; I experience constant loops when speaking back to the device, and the AI voice often becomes distorted or "weird" during use. For a powerhouse meant for daily tasks, these persistent bugs are disappointing. Additionally, I find the storage capacity (1T) lacking for my needs and wish there were higher internal storage tiers available to better accommodate my files. For a flagship at this price point, I expected a more polished AI experience by now.

Stylist usage with camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the phone, always have had a Samsung. The 1 thing I don't like is stylist can not be used with camera to take pics like my old note. When I was buying this phone and mentioned to salesman this is only reason I want a note"I was considering a Samsung flip"he never said it didn't work to take pics.
