Awesome device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the S25 Ultra from the Note 10+ in February and It was definitely worth the upgrade. I wasnt a big fan Ai, but after playing around with Galaxy Ai I must so i have grown to like it a lot and using it more often. I have no complaints about this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best phone hands down I have ever owned. The phone is amazingly fast with absolutely no glitches. It doesn't matter if I'm gaming or using multiple apps at the same time for work. Galaxy AI makes everything from writing a text to editing a photo a simple streamlined process and feels like another brain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to upgrade to originally a s24 ultra but then I went all in getting a s25 ultra with the 1 terabyte of storage. I know I go thru storage fast so going for the smaller storage would be a terrible idea. I actually enjoy this phone and has worked flawlessly. Using the pen allows me to write my notes so I don't have to look like I am texting when I am at work. So I can clearly say that I can reccomend this phone.

Could I survive without it? Yes. But do I WANT to? That is a big N-O!!! This phone keeps me organized, helps me shop, helps me helps my son with homework, now if it could only figure out how to cook dinner...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been enjoying the S25 Ultra, its is my first new flagship phone ive owned and im not disappointed, using the galaxy ai mixed with my other tech products including the galaxy watch 5 and buds 3 pro, this phone is fast and has good battery life to last me all day and good performance for the games I play on my phone, I am excited to trade this down the line for a S26 Ultra or a Fold 7.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25 Ultra is faster than my morning coffee. The camera zooms so far I can basically see what my neighbors are having for dinner. Galaxy AI handles the heavy lifting while I just try to look smart. It’s officially the only member of the family that actually listens to me.

terrible display vs previous models will return

Returning the phone! The screen is terrible. Artifacts and glitches in menus; colors are muted, contrast is awful. Went through every option to try and make it tolerable. The vivid slide bar is useless. My s21 with "eye protecton" on has a sharper more vibrant display. Why have a high quality camera when all the pictures look terrible on the screen? I have never been more disappointed in a phone. I have had multiple generations of Samsung phones; unless they do something about the display this will unfortunately be my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand how frustrating it can be when your new device is not meeting your expectations in appearance andfunctionality. In your settings if ‘Natural’ is selected in Screen mode, or ‘Eye comfort shield’ or ‘Adaptive color tone’ is enabled in Display settings, you are not able to adjust the ‘Vividness’ option as the ‘Advanced settings’ does not appear on the settings menu. We have provided links to the full device manual to help you further with these features, and to the Samsung Support Team if this experience continues and you would like additional assistance.
