So I really haven't had much of a chance to use it.But I can tell you that it was easy to Install with help of course. Very Heavy and Awkward for just one Person. I did Test it and it's very Quiet. And it's Wonderful to have a remote.

The LG 10,000 BTU AC unit I purchased about a month ago has been running great. Really cools off the room quickly. I am so happy I'm able to set the temp from my smartphone and don't have to worry about the AC running when it doesn't need to, as it automatically shuts down once it gets to the set temperature. Great feature, really nice. unit. Looks nice too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ac does not vent to the left like my last ac did to hit my bedroom, which I cannot have ac in due to circuit breaker issues and yeah we can fix that but our last non LG was much better than this thing!! I have it set at 69 most of the time and it barely cools it off on hot days....really, I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month or 2 ago and had it installed. It’s noisier than I expected and it doesn’t keep the room cool. We set it on 74 degrees but the room is always 77 degrees or hotter, even at night. And, if that’s not bad enough, my electrical bill sky rocketed. I’m currently trying to return this piece of work. I’m generally very happy with my LG appliances so this is an even greater disappointment.
