works great but Wont turn off

BOUGHT IT BACK IN MARCH 2025 AND WORKED GREAT. NOW WHEN I TURN IT OFF IT WONT SHUT OFF COMPLETELY. THE DIGITAL DISPLAY TURNS OFF BUT YOU CAN STILL HEAR SOMETHING RUNNING, SO I HAD TO UNPLUG IT.
