These utensils are FANTASTIC! I especially love the scooped spatula, I use it for everything. I have some food grade mineral oil for the wood handles. I replaced all my old utensil with this set.

Really sturdy but flexible where it counts. All the pieces come individually wrapped and labeled. Super easy to clean. I keep them out of the dishwasher.
