These 2 fry pan set is great for all your daily frying needs, perfect frying pan for eggs and pancakes, excellent from portion cooking omelettes and scrambled eggs. This fry pan can also function as sautéing, will make a beautiful frittatas, and browning meat. Also important to note is that this pot is oven safe up to 300F. This aluminum pan heat fast quickly with extra-durable layers of PFOA-free KERAVIS non-stick coating, offers effortless release in cooking and quick cleanup. The handle is ergonomically shaped, an unbeatable deal for a well-made and reasonably priced product! An ergonomic plastic handle with the soft-touch effect of Thermopoint technology guarantees precise temperature control, which turns red when the pan is hot. This tells you it's time to cook. Green signifies that it has cooled down and is safe to touch for when it is time to wash your pan. Also, by cooling down the pan, it protects your pan from coating damage caused by sudden temperature changes. It is fork-proof, metal utensil proof, and extremely scratch-resistant. However, the keyword is “resistant” so with enough force, anything can cause scratches. Therefore, wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. It is easy to clean; just soak with water and soap and use a sponge to remove food residue. Cleaning is a breeze!!!
