A great saute pan!

Such an awesome Italian made saute pan, I love the depth of the pan, and how well it cooks everything. The pan is super lightweight, and it has a much longer handle than a standard saute pan, but I really like that; it’s perfect for tossing food in your pan or if you want to put the pan on a back burner while cooking. The handle can get hot towards the pan, so best to hold it in the middle where the handle is thicker. The pure aluminum body heats up quickly and retains the heat well. Easy to clean, and the nonstick is just simply awesome. Restaurant quality cookware you can use right in your home kitchen.

With durable and virtually indestructible construction and an amazing nonstick surface, this saute pan really rocks. For as industrial as this pan is, it is extremely lightweight making it easy to maneuver around and wash. The super scratch resistant nonstick surface also makes it ideal for cooking even the stickiest of foods and cleaning.

Lightweight, good performer

If you are looking for a lightweight pan that heats up really quickly, this one is perfect. The non-stick is good. Performs well. The only drawback is that the handle is long. However since it's hollow, it's easy to maneuver.

Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat. This is a fabulous non stick pan. The long handle is perfect for this pan on a back burner. Easy reach! I like to use this pan for seared pork or chicken with mushroom gravy- Plenty of room for 4 large chops..or chicken breasts. Great browning . easy clean up.

Quick and even heating make this pan perfect for searing, braising, poaching, simmering, and reducing greens. Lightweight aluminum and stay cool long handle. Kerastone non-stick coating is metal utensil safe, allows exceptional release and easy clean up.

This is a great traditional nonstick saute pan, the sides are nice and high so that sauce or grease wont splatter out. Nothing sticks to it and cleanup is a breeze. It is made with heavy-gauge, 5mm hard-anodized aluminum construction and has amazing, even, heat distribution. The pan is oven safe up to 500F - that is hot!

Professional grade pan that is light weight, heats quickly, cooks evenly and has a very durable non-stick surface. You will love the deep sides that make flipping easy and allows for more volume in the pan. Clean up is a snap!
