Everything I hoped for in a higher end toaster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the matte black exterior that doesn't get fingerprinted. The roasting is uniform and the darkness selector works perfectly. A nice feature, by pressing the middle of the darkness selector it stops the toaster.

Dent in the front

I haven't completely decided. IAs soon as I took it out of the box I saw a dent in the front of it. Decided to send it back without using it. Too expensive to keep an expensive toaster with a dent. I am giving it a second try and ordering it again.

Great toast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Looks great. I wanted a tray crumb like this one has where it pulls completely out. Also wanted it long enough for the artisan style loaves, yet you can put 4 regular slices in if you want. Makes great toast.
