Quality German Steel, comfortable riveted handle with full tang. Sharp blades. Complete set with 7 cooking knives and 8 steaks knives!

A great set for a great price. Get all the knives you need plus a few more you'll be surprised you'll actually use! Plus the advantage of 8 steak knives! These lightweight Gourmet knives are still durable and stay sharp for a really long time, making cutting effortless. Maintain the edges and angles with frequent use of the honing steel and utilize the high quality kitchen shears.

This is a great set if you want to have every knife available for use in your kitchen. With the Gourmet, this knife stands out from other stamped knives, because of the high carbon stainless steel that has been ice hardened, creating a knife that will stay sharper longer, not be prone to chipping and have lasting durability.

Yeah!! You get the birds beak knife- which i like to use for smaller stone fruit, plus 8 amazing steak knives! the scissors I use for both food and non food things.
The knives are super sharp and solid. I really like the classic styling of the handle.

This block has an excellent assortment of knives. There is a knife for every job. The knives are made out of German Steel and have a durable 3 riveted handle for comfort. Surprising sharp. They even have a lifetime warranty (and that is unusual for a stamped knife).
