This is definitely a showpiece! This beautiful stand holds Staubs mini cocottes, and makes an elegant serving stand! The wood is made of paulownia wood, which is known for its high temperature resistance! This is an excellent stand, it looks great as a stand but when you serve and put the lids in the slots it looks amazing!

I have the mini cocottes and use them for individual serve dishes, but with this stand I can use them together and offer different sauces or dressings on a buffet or table. Onions, relish, jalapenos, whatever you are garnishing with this is a great way to serve it up.

Put this stand to use to serve your favorite toppings. Holds either ceramic or cast iron mini cocottes. Slots provide a place to place lids while piling on your favorites - stir-ins for oatmeal; salad dressings; condiments for burgers or tacos; or warm sauces for crepes and ice cream. Makes a great presentation.

I use these at family/friend gatherings as a nice way to have condiments, or dips out on the table or buffet. It fits the smaller 0.25qt cast iron cocottes or ceramics. I love how it keeps them neatly together and is easy to create different stations on the table of buffet.

Excellent mini cocotte transporter made of palownia wood and elegant addition to your table setting. Perfect party dish transporter from one table to another. Great stand for your 3pc. cocotte filled with delicious treats, sauces, and single-serve dishes such as creme brulee, pies, cakes, soup and etc. This cocotte stand is at your disposal preventing yourself from being burn when transporting cocotte from the oven to table setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always loved Staub products, especially the slow cooker. When we saw these Cocotte’s, we knew we had to try them as we love to entertain. Perfect for appetizers. We made artichoke/eggplant spread with homemade Naan. Also great for fall apple bake. So good, we bought a set for our daughter and future son-in-law. Top quality product
