I had my toothbrush for a while, and then not only did it get hot from charging it burnt through my press on button and I’m so sad I was satisfied at the start but after my hands started to feel like they were burning and my actual button to start my toothbrush began to degrade with just water or battery error not sure, it got concerning. Please send a non defected one my way, I will send mine in for the company to understand why and how my toothbrush got the way it is for future safety concerns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weak; I felt like I needed to use brushing strokes as if I was using a manual toothbrush instead of an electric one. I returned it.

Dentist clean feeling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used one of these so I didn't know what to expect, but I was honestly totally surprised after the first use. Felt just I came from the dentist! I just kept running my tongue over my teeth I'm skeptical that my teeth were ever clean before.
Having 2 speed options is great and I like how it lets you know if your are using too much pressure. That's a bad habit of mine. This also lets you know when to change the head but time will tell how accurate that is.
I don't think I will ever go back to a regular tooth brush. Seriously, try it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start off by saying that my teeth feel so clean after using this. I have used other electric toothbrushes and they have nothing on this one. I like that there are 2 different speeds to choose from. Charging is super easy, just set it on the base and it will charge. The only issue I have os that it does not come with a charging block, you need your own USB charger. Also, it does beep to let you know that it is charging, which is great. However, it will randomly beed loudly throughout the day and night, so that can get frustrating. I just choose to not charge it at night. Other than that, the toothbrush is great and I will continue to use it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Brush but Phillips really should include the Plug adapter. No one has a USB port in the Bathroom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too much vibration against my teeth due to small amount of bristles. Feels like putting my teeth on a washing machine during a spin cycle and almost like a torture in instead of a comforting experience.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have. The mode selected impacts the vibration level on many Sonicare models. Refer to the user manual for your device to learn how to adjust this setting. Some models also have an EasyStart feature that slowly increases the vibration level. During the first 14 brushing sessions, this feature gradually increases the vibration. It enables you to gradually adjust to the vibrations. You might think about lowering the intensity level. Different intensity levels are employed by some brushing modes. You can try altering the brushing mode. We hope this solves the issue.
