I had a Philips Sonicare for many years and was very happy with it. I was disappointed when it quit working and I had to search for another electric toothbrush that was affordable and as easy to use as my previous one. Well, I purchased a 4100 series and found that is not the sturdy model I had previously. The adapter wasn't included, the store didn't have the appropriate one, so had to go looking for one. The light system is so tiny and hard to see that I have to turn out the lights to see if the green light is blinking or constant. The booklet is of little help and so is the website. Why did Philips change everything to be more difficult for the purchaser?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
