I wasnt sure that I’d like the timer but have found it to be very helpful. It is a great product and my hygienist tells me that I am doing a good job cleaning. Thanks to Phillips!

Got one from a local natoinal chain food store for a decent price and haven't regretted it since. Went to a dental check-up/cleaning and the hygenist said they could see a difference, so this product is a keeper.

However, my kit did not come with the case mentioned in the user manual for the make and model of my toothbrush. It's unfortunate because I travel a lot and would've loved to use it.

It comes with a less intense setting in the beginning, but after a week or two it ramps up in intensity. Unfortunately, this results in splatters to the mirror, faucet and my clothes. I hope there is a workaround for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the toothbrush but they need more durable switches. I've had the switches wear out on three toothbrushes already. It's expensive to buy a new one for how long they last. Not to mention the toothbrush heads are over priced.
