[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush itself is fine, but comes with only a USB plug for charging. This is ridiculous as no normal household has a USB plug in the bathroom. Philips says it uses a USB for "sustainability." Nonsense. Customers now have to buy a second plug so they use extra plastic and wire.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how it’s timed to let you know when to move from one section of the mouth to the next. It’s simple but perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use both the oral B electric brush and this Phillips brush. The oral B gives a more vigorous brushing and the Phillips is more gentle. Brushing with both provides the best result.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had 2 other Phillips Electric Toothbrush that stopped working after 5-6 years. I picked the 4100 due to it's features.
Overall, I like the product.I have bought a few of the similars over the years, and generally satisfied with the quality. But One thing that I do not like the most - not environmental friendly because the customers like me can not change the battery ourself and have to throw the entire unit away when the battery is dead, but otherwise the units were still working fine
