Just a cleaner mouth and teeth:) I was using a major competitor higher end toothbrush for many years previous to my recent 4100 purchase. I can definitely say that my teeth and dental work feel cleaner.

The latest one I purchased is fantastic! I rave about it because it's so lightweight that's five stars right there! I also got the version that has a low and high speed setting, which I really like, apparently. Which ever version you buy, I'm pretty confident you'll be as happy as I've been!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not that this is a bad toothbrush, it's just that it vibrates so hard that I can feel my brain rattle. Obviously that is a slight exaggeration but I would prefer if the toothbrush had variable speeds! My teeth do feel very clean after using but it's so uncomfortable that I often use a manual toothbrush and just let this one sit in the cabinet.
