The timed featured helps make sure they and their specials needs take the time to properly brush their teeth. The 4100 Series is an excellent value for that task.

The more expensive version has more options/settings. However, for the price difference, which is huge, the 4100 is my preferred choice.

This is my second phillips electric toothbrush. The first one was great and lasted a long time and this one seems very good also. This one also seems sturdy and it is comfortable and easy to use and my dentist says it does a good job.
