[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a toothbrush, it’s more of a tool to augment normal brushing. I find it extremely helpful after I brush my teeth, so then use the sonicare with toothpaste, with mouthwash to get all in between my teeth, almost like flossing, but it massages the gums. It’s actually really nice. Cliff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush is as advertised. It seems to work well and do the job. I will find out how well when I see the dentist. There was a free brush head offer with the toothbrush. Philips website rejected the code, so no free brush head. Looking at the available brush heads none list the 4100 series as compatible. Makes determining which brush head to buy a bit tricky. Otherwise the toothbrush is fine.

I’ve just spent about an hour searching and re-searching the manual to figure out why my toothbrush suddenly has extra beeps after I finish brushing. Never did find out what it’s trying to tell me. Manual is awkwardly written. A simple “beep code” would raise my rating to 5 stars.
